1. Fixing the
CCS-System |

Fix the CCS-Clip on the positions marked on the undersides of the
panels. For one whole panel you will need three CCS-Clips per
longitudinal side and one clip per lateral side |
2. Fixing the
CCS: Longitudinal Joint |
Stand
the panel vertically with the tongue before the groove of the
preceding row. Move the panel to within 6-10 mm of its final
position to the left of the adjacent panels. Now lower the panel
into position whilst applaying pressure. You should be able to feel
the resilience of the CCS spring. |
3. Fixing the
CCS: Lateral Joint |
To
close the lateral joints slide the panel sideways into position (if
necessary you may use the hammer and push block). You will hear when
the spring of the CCS-Clip engages. The panels are now held firmly
together by CCS spring tension. |
